Vegetables with Lemon
Ingredients: 7
carrots broccoli
A top five handfuls of peas (I used them frozen)
1 onion 1 lemon salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion. Add peas, carrots, cut into cubes and broccoli florets. Add the lemon juice. Cook the vegetables over medium heat.
Add
from time to time a little water because it is not too dry. The vegetables should remain a bit 'crunchy, check the cooking.
When are your taste, with salt and pepper. Add the grated lemon peel and serve.
