Coconut and White Chocolate Biscotti


The recipe I took from the book by Donna Hay









Ingredients 125 g butter ,
1 cup (220g) white sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract 1 egg

1 cup (150g),
flour 1 cup (150g) of flour with yeast
1 cup (80 g) desiccated coconut 100 g bits of white chocolate


procedure





Preheat the oven to 180 ยบ C. Whisk the sugar with the butter and vanilla in electric mixer until it becomes clear and creamy. Add egg and beat Combine flour and coconut and stir with a butter knife until a soft dough is formed.




Add the chocolate. Using your hands, form the cookies with 2 tablespoons of cookie mixture into a round and flat. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space for spreading during cooking.


Repeat with remaining mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until they are golden. Allow to cool in pan. For 18 biscuits.
