Ingredients:
1.5 kg of potatoes
Breadcrumbs Thyme Paprika
Extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper
Procedure:
Peel potatoes and cut into wedges, then blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Transfer them in a baking oven where we put a few tablespoons of bread crumbs, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir several times to coat them all.
Sprinkle with a little oil and then brown in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Serve hot.
