Decorated Biscuits

Ingredients: 220 gr flour
70 g
sugar 120 g butter One egg
The zest of one lemon
Procedure:
Place in a bowl the flour, sugar and butter, diced egg.
Knead the mixture is quickly crumbled. Add lemon zest, knead again and form a smooth ball and smooth. Put it in the fridge to rest for 45 minutes.
When the dough has rested, take it on a floured surface and form the cookies as desired. Place on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of parchment paper and bake at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
The cookies were decorated with colored icing.
